Product Specification
1. Box to be powder coated steel, 1.0mm for 1rows, 1.2mm for 2rows.
2. Cover to be HIPS plastic.
3. All plastic parts are without specific flame retardant and qualified to pass incandescent wire test at 650℃.
4. Pastic can be customized to flame retardant (grade V1~V0 depends on material choosed).
5. The protection level reaches IP40.
6. Application: widely used in low voltage distribution networks for power supplying of consumers and commercial buildings.
Technology
1. The new hinge structure adopts metal shaft core, which is stable, reliable and durable.
2. The special stainless steel shrapnel fixes the movable door in the ideal position to ensure that the force of opening and closing the movable door is moderate, the rotation is smooth and there is no abnormal noise.
3. The internal guide rail bracket is composed of all metal parts, with lifting and rotation adjustment function and pre suspension function.
